3rd largest Danish airport expands rapidly

In recent years, Aalborg Airport has become a large airport. Extensive growth has made Aalborg Airport the third largest airport in Denmark.

Air traffic on international flights to Aalborg, in the Nordic region of Jutland, is on the rise – resulting in an expansion of the airport.

Aalborg Airport will begin expanding the airport with an investment of 23.5 million euro in January 2012 finishing in May 2013. Now in spring 2012, the same ailrine will expand their daily flight connections between Aalborg-Amsterdam from four to six.
