Restaurant Ofelia is named after Shakespeare’s young, Danish noblewoman and is located in the beautiful, high-ceilinged foyer of the Royal Danish Playhouse, with the best view of the harbour.
 
Both the restaurant, the café and the cocktail bar is open to non-ticket-holders.

The kitchen is fundamentally classical French with an inspiration from the Nordic roots, and a definite attitude towards choice of ingredients. The ingredients of the season are given priority in the composition of the menu.

Ofelia has become a Climate+ restaurant and furthermore admitted as a member of Gastronomy Denmark, who works to ensure guests a good and attentive eating experience in Denmark.
