Virklund Church is a modern church from 1994. The architects behind Virklund church are John and Inge Exner, known as some of the most capable builders of churches in Denmark in the 20th century.
Entering Virklund Church is like stepping into a tale. The room is beautifully composed and in addition it is filled with details. Virklund church has been called the church of light, because light plays a major role in the church, partly because it was built to spread light and joy among people.
