The Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg - life on, in and at the sea - for the whole family to explore.

Seawater aquarium with a wide range of different fish and marine animals from Danish waters

Seal enclosure with both common seals and common harbour seals.
The seals are fed every day at 11.00 and 14.30.
 
Wadden Sea Pavillon with living wading birds

Open air exhibition with harbour, shipyard, tool sheds, work shops, rescue station and a maritime playground for the children

Large indoor exhibition on Danish fishery 

Cafe Fimus with a delightful view of the Wadden Sea and Grådyb

27.06. - 31.08. 10.00 - 18.00
01.09. - 31.10. 10.00 - 17.00
01.11. - 31.01. 10.00 - 16.00

The museum is closed on following days: 24., 25. and 31.12. and 01.01.

Prices:
Children under 18 have free access.
The price for adults vary between DKK 115 - 140 according to the time of year.

Accessability:
Access in a wheelchair to all indoor exhibitions, the aquaria, the seal enclosure and the cafe.
