Funder church is a towerless ashlar church. Both the south portal and the north portal built in Romanesque architectural style remain. There are runic inscriptions in the south portal.

The porch was built later of ashlar from the former church in Engesvang. Inside, there are Gothic arches throughout. The pulpit is in the late Renaissance style. The altarpiece is carved in the early Baroque style. Three pietistic hearts pictures, partially hidden behind the pulpit.

Organ: Marcussen 1981, 12 voices.
