We serve lunch and dinner in our elegant garden terrace as well as in our maritime restaurant throughout the summer.
The kitchen is headed by Stig Andersen, previously head chef at the famous Nimb in Tivoli, the Cafe Europa and Rex Republic.
We use fresh seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
Our fresh plaice and turbot are caught daily by Sten Jensen in Marstal and our eel are trapped by the Mortensen brothers from the tiny nearby island of Birkholm.
In all our cooking we aim to use the island's own ingredients and herbs from our own garden.
