C&IT Challenge

in Partnership with Meet in Copenhagen/Denmark

Your chance to participate in a live agency challenge, with some amazing prizes to be won! The winning team of up to three people will each receive an Ipad or a break for two to Copenhagen.

Entries will be judged by an independent panel of industry experts during a live event at the Royal Danish Embassy in London on 30th June.

The brief:

Propose an innovative and creative three day programme for a company conference to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark for 80 senior executives travelling from key cities around Europe.

Creating an innovative conference:
The conference is a launch of a new range of environmental products. It is therefore important for the client to use this opportunity to showcase their sustainable credentials. The conference should take place in a hotel within 20 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. The proposal should include options for the meetings and accommodation as well as suggestions for two offsite dinners and appropriate transportation to the dinners.

In general, the client wishes to optimize the ROI of the conference by using new and innovative tools. Participants in this challenge are therefore encouraged to think creatively, when putting together their proposal for the conference.
