The house is a stone's throw from Skive Harbor with close location to both Karup river, Krabbesholm Forest, the playground Børnenes Paradis and good shopping in Søndercenteret.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, two with single beds), a large living room with access to the terrace, a new kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge with freezer and an older bathroom with shower.
