The Island of Møn offers some of Denmark's most dramatic scenery mixed with age-old churches with frescoes, quaint villages and handicraft shops - definitely worth a visit. The Island and its stunning cliffs can be visited on a day-trip from Copenhagen.
The best way is to rent a car. Otherwise you can go by train to Vordingborg from Copenhagen Central Station and from there by bus 660R to Stege on Møn and further on to the cliffs by bus 678. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes by public transport and 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.
You could for example start the visit at GeoCenter Møns Klint.
