ÆLT
ÆLT is a microbakery in Slettestrand that bakes honest sourdough bread, cakes, and sourdough pizza based on high-quality local ingredients. Johanne, who owns the remote bakery, is a dedicated sourdough baker. With a background as a historian and experience economist, she builds bridges between tradition and innovation, local value creation, local collaborations, and the good life by the coast.
ÆLT has a self-service shop in Slettestrand, which is open every day of the week. Here you will find a selection of freshly baked sourdough bread and cakes throughout the season. The shop's freezers contain sourdough pizza, sourdough bread, and frozen pastries, among other things.

In addition to ÆLT's own products, the shop also stocks a selection of other specialities, including jam from Bakseriet, flour from Vesterhedegård Økologisk Korn og Mel, butter with sea salt from Aabybro Mejeri, honey from Gjøl Bigård, coffee from Kaffeagenterne and various types of organic juice from Gro.
