The Hjejlen is not only an icon in Silkeborg, but also the world's oldest original coal-fired paddle steamer still in operation. Sailing with Hjejlen is like travelling back in time – and during the autumn holidays, you can enjoy the whole experience spiced with the golden colours of the forest.

Practical information and access
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- You can park at Silkeborg Harbour. There are good parking facilities nearby, including along Sejsvej and at Iskælderdalen. At the harbour, you can park your car via an app. Read more about parking here.
