Children’s Culture Festival: Bevinget – Children’s theatre for the slightly older ones

A play about flying in flocks

BEVINGET is a sensory and interactive performance for children, in which the audience encounters the wondrous world of birds. Two energetic bird experts, Vibe and Trane, guide the children through an adventure in which they follow the trail of the mythical creature Gammel Fjer. Along the way, they learn to fly, sing and navigate like birds, as they move between outdoor and indoor spaces. The journey culminates in magical nest installations, where a guided audio journey transforms the children into a united flock of birds. BEVINGET sparks curiosity, encourages movement and offers a poetic perspective on community, and on the marvellous flying creatures that are always around us, but which we sometimes overlook.

Remember to dress appropriately for being outdoors as well.

Age group: 5–10-year-olds

Time: Monday 12 October, 11.00–12.00 and 13.00–14.00

Venue: Langeland Library, Østerport 5–7, 5900 Rudkøbing

Free, but registration is required on the library’s website. Please note which of the two time slots you have registered for. Remember to let the library know if you are unable to attend, so that someone else can benefit from the place.
