Copenhagen Main Library

Close to Nørreport Station you will find Copenhagen Main Library on the cosy, cobbled street Krystalgade.

Copenhagen Main Library has four floors where you can roam around for books, but you can also just take a seat on the ground floor and read one of the many international newspapers available while enjoying a cup of coffee and freshly baked croissant from the attached coffee bar, Democratic Coffee.

The library often hosts literary events and there is also a KVIK Citizen Service counter and free WiFi.

In the area, you will find Copenhagen’s cathedral, The Church of Our Lady, the historic main buildings of Copenhagen University, and The Round Tower.
