Debutant Competition and Danish Championships 2026

26 – 27 September 2026.

Debutant Competition and DM 2026 takes place at MCH Herning Kongrescenter on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September. The weekend begins around 09:00 on Saturday with the debutant competition for first-time competitors, followed by the Danish Championships starting at 09:00 on Sunday.

Athletes compete in a range of classes including Women’s Bikini, Bodyfitness, Men’s Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique and Classic Physique. The event also features an exhibitor area offering training tips, lifestyle inspiration, samples and special offers.

This weekend is a highlight for fans of bodybuilding and fitness — whether you’re new to the sport or a dedicated enthusiast.
