The museum's period rooms are decorated with authentic Easter ornaments from the past, giving a vivid insight into how Easter was celebrated throughout the 20th century. Discover traditions and details from the years 1900 to 1999 – up close and at your own pace.
Step into the past
During the Easter holidays, both children and adults can enjoy the museum’s popular dress-up area. Here, you can try on clothing, hats, wigs and accessories from decades gone by and experience history in a hands-on way. It’s an activity that often brings smiles, sparks curiosity and encourages great conversations across generations.
