This Summer, Anne and Gustav Open the Doors to Their Microbrewery and Sourdough Bakery: ØLivet Avernakø

Since 2023, they have been serving sourdough and beer in a charming old tractor garage. They also offer coffee and cake.

A Different Beer Experience

Their vision is to brew beer for the curious, focusing on new and unique flavor experiences. They aim to challenge those who taste their beer, which is why they don’t just produce traditional styles — they also craft sour fruit beers and smoked beers, the latter brewed in collaboration with Korshavn Røgeri.

Beer Tastings
