Læsø Slagteren gets all their meat from the limousine cattle that graze close to the saltworks. The meat has a unique taste and structure, due to the minerals found in the soil, which are absorbed by the plants.

There are always many different products and carvings to choose from. You can e.g. find sausages, bacon, sandwiches, salads and more.
