Nature Safari - Banding Wild Birds with NaturNørd
Get up close to wild birds as we join the bird bander on a tour of the nets at Blåvand Bird Station to see what species the day has in store—an exciting, kid-friendly experience for the whole family.

Join nature guide Jonas Gadgaard as you walk around the nets and Blåvandrusen to see captured birds up close before they are banded and released.
You’ll learn how bird banding is used to understand the lives and migration patterns of birds—and you can even try your hand at the “bird banding hobby.”
Organized in collaboration with Blåvand Bird Station. The tour requires a minimum of 6 participants, is conducted in Danish, and dogs are not permitted.
