Newborn easter lambs at Avernakø Gårdbutik

Avernakø Gårdbutik invites you to a memorable Easter visit during Sheep Day, celebrated in the heart of The South Funen Archipelago. Families can get close to the spring Easter lambs, enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere, and experience authentic rural life.

Experiences

The barn is open from 11:00 to 15:00, filled with lambs of all sizes. Visitors are welcome to get close and explore life on a working farm at their own pace.

Food and drinks

The grill is fired up, offering homemade sausages, along with beer, soft drinks, and coffee. The farm shop is also open, making it easy to bring local treats home for your Easter table.

Transport

The ferry departs from Faaborg at 10:00 and returns at 15:00. Upon arrival, guests can be picked up by tractor and wagon at Avernakø Harbour. The farm shop is located 3 km from the harbour, a pleasant trip by bicycle.
