Experience a lecture on habits with one of Denmark’s leading young researchers in Herning

Why is it so difficult to quit bad habits? That – and much more – you can learn about on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, when the bestselling author of Jellyfish Don’t Age, Nicklas Brendborg, visits MCH Herning Kongrescenter.

In his new lecture VANEDYR (Creatures of Habit), Nicklas takes his starting point in the story of the individual versus top researchers and high technology – and how you can take back control. He explains why it’s so hard to let go of bad habits, and which tools you can use to reduce them.

With his remarkable storytelling skills and broad knowledge of the history of science, Nicklas dives into everyday scenarios we all know – such as why you can’t leave the bag of chips alone, why you can’t stop scrolling, or why you just have to watch one more episode of your favorite Netflix series.
