Join us in welcoming the ship at the quay and marking the landing of oysters (limited quantity). Step aboard a real oyster and mussel boat in collaboration with the Danish Mussel Industry Association, where a local Limfjord fisherman opens his vessel to visitors. Learn about life as a fisherman, the transplantation of mussel spat, and the reseeding program that returns young mussels to the fjord. Enjoy free tastings of mussels prepared using the fisherman’s own recipe.
