Odsherred and the surrounding sea is a wonderful pantry, from which Pilegården in collaboration with the local producers selects the season's best ingredients of the highest quality - for use in a wonderful symphony of taste experiences. Meat, potatoes, asparagus, herbs, strawberries and apples are some of the delicacies that Pilegården picks up on the farms in the local area.

For lunch, Pilegården serves a large selection of freshly buttered open sandwiches, light dishes and plates. The varied evening menu offers traditional Danish dishes, but also a seasonal menu based on seasonal fresh ingredients.
