Arnborg Badesø is one of Herning Municipality's public bathing lakes.

In the summer season, Miljøcenter Vestjylland I/S regularly checks the water quality. If the water quality is not satisfactory, a bathing ban may be issued.
Fishing is prohibited in Arnborg Badesø.
