This is where the evening unfolds, and the birds begin their great movements towards the night.

- From around March, the order will change, so that we start with soup at the Vingård and then drive towards Råhede.

Practical information

We go out to the dike at Råhede and experience how nature changes gears:

Cranes seek out the Wadden Sea to find peace for the night, the white-tailed eagle can come

soaring by in search of the last meal of the day – and sometimes the owl shows itself in

dusk, quiet and almost weightless.

We bring binoculars so that we can curiously and respectfully examine the marsh and mudflats

from a distance – without disturbing. Along the way we share stories about the landscape, birdlife

and the rhythm of the seasons.

The evening ends at Vester Vedsted Vingård, where we gather for seasonal soup and let our bodies settle after a walk in the tranquility of nature.
