Located in the heart of Assens, Willemoes Bryghus is a cosy brewpub and café where locals and visitors can come together to enjoy award-winning craft beers from Bryggeriet Vestfyen, great coffee and delicious light meals. From early morning, the brewpub serves breakfast and coffee, while the rest of the day offers a welcoming atmosphere for beer, lunch, tapas and cultural experiences.

Choose from up to 10 different Willemoes beers on tap as well as a selection of bottled beers. If you prefer coffee, wine or other beverages, you'll also find a wide range of specialty coffees, hot drinks, wine, soft drinks and refreshing cold beverages.

The menu includes breakfast, traditional Danish open sandwiches, sandwiches, salads, tapas and other light dishes, which can be enjoyed indoors in the cosy surroundings or outside on the terrace when the weather allows.

Willemoes Bryghus is much more than a place to eat and drink. Its ambition is to create a vibrant meeting place in Assens with events throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy beer tastings, stand-up comedy, quiz nights, live music, themed evenings and other cultural events.

The brewpub is rooted in the local history and proud brewing traditions of Vestfyen Brewery. The vision is to create an informal gathering place where quality, community and great experiences go hand in hand – for both local residents and visitors to Assens.
