We just love food. Full stop. And we are proud of our profession. We are crazy about decent ingredients full of flavour and with a proper history. And we love the atmosphere of guests using their senses, enjoying the music, life and each other. We actually believe that this is healthy for the soul.

It is, of course, our dream that you think that the food we serve is crazily delicious, but also that you have enjoyed the sight of our beautiful restaurant and that your ears were pampered by southern music. That is what we mean by Bossa Nova.
