Dyvig Brasserie

Dyvig Badehotel has two restaurants: Dyvig Brasserie and the gourmet restaurant Amstrup/Vigen. Both offer views of the water and the beautiful nature of Als.

Dyvig Brasserie is a classic French/Danish brasserie, where we serve classics such as prawn “smørrebrød”, our own smoked salmon, “Stjerneskud” and wiener schnitzels.

The brasserie is old-fashioned in style with a rustic wooden ceiling, an old ship's piano, stuffed birds and rustic furniture, inviting relaxation and cosiness.
