Café SNAK in Randers
Café SNAK in the heart of Randers offers a welcoming atmosphere, personality and a genuine retro vibe. Here, owner Max has created a café with a focus on tranquillity, conversation and local ingredients – carefully selected with care. In the atmospheric setting in the middle of the historic district, there is plenty of room for reflection, pleasant conversation and a good cup of coffee.

A café with personality and soul
In the heart of Randers' old town, you will find Café SNAK – a café with character, a love for all things local and an eye for detail. Here, owner Max welcomes you to a café experience where everything from the menu to the furniture reflects personal choices made with care and a focus on sustainability and aesthetics.
The café is decorated in a relaxed style with a touch of the 70s, quiet lounge music and green plants. Here you can enjoy your coffee or lunch in a cosy environment where nothing is standard – among other things, you can hear music from an original tape recorder from the 70s, and every cup and chair has its own story.
‘SNAK’ is the Danish word for an informal conversation. It is about talking together – about big and small things – in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Local produce from the area
The menu at Café SNAK has been created with love for the local area. It primarily uses local ingredients, and the dishes are simple, honest and tasty. It's all about quality over quantity, and Max grows his own herbs and goes foraging. This is also reflected in the things you can enjoy in the café – even the grain for the homemade bread is produced in fields near the nearby town of Mellerup.
