Champagne and Gourmet at Ribe Pakhus

On Champagne Day, Ribe Pakhus and Kjær & Sommerfeldt invite you to an evening featuring six Champagne tastings and six accompanying small dishes. Sommelier Martin guides the tastings.
The menu includes oysters with buttermilk sauce, gazpacho with cured scallop, white pizza with mascarpone and courgette, bread with baked feta and tomatoes, the house tartare, and an æbleskive with langoustine and caviar. The Champagnes tasted will be available to buy during the evening. Places are limited, and the organiser reserves the right to cancel if too few people sign up.
