Step into the 5,000 m² organic forest garden, where diverse planting and the cultivation of edible crops are at the heart of the experience.

Here, Øko Madskov and Slow Food Farm are being developed as a living example of forest gardening on Lolland-Falster. The garden is designed in different layers of trees, shrubs, herbs and other plants, which together create varied habitats for insects and other wildlife.

Explore edible plants, berries, fruit and herbs. The garden was established in 2020 and includes both young and more established planting, allowing you to see how the forest garden develops over time. Along the way, experience organic cultivation through colours, scents and flavours.

The garden can be visited during opening hours, and guided tours are available by appointment. The tours introduce the ideas behind Øko Madskov, the choice of plants and the cultivation methods used in the garden. They are suitable for families, gardening enthusiasts and visitors who would like a closer insight into the Slow Food Farm approach.
