Friday Jam – opening of the skate and parkour area in Brick

GAME Streetmekka Esbjerg celebrates the opening of the new skate and parkour area in Brick with Friday Jam on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Doors open at 3:00 p.m., and admission is free all day.

Children, young people and adults are welcome to an afternoon and evening of skateboarding, parkour, music and community. Beginners and experienced participants alike can join workshops, try out the new area or watch others show off their tricks.

Friday Jam program

• 3:00 p.m.: GAME Streetmekka opens.

• 4:00–4:10 p.m.: Official opening of the new area.

• 4:10–5:00 p.m.: Skateboarding workshop with Maria.

• 4:10–5:00 p.m.: Parkour workshop with Anders.

• 5:00–6:00 p.m.: Best Trick Skate Competition in collaboration with SK8 BOX.

• 6:00–9:00 p.m.: Open skateboarding and parkour sessions.

A new area for skateboarding and parkour

The new area was created with support from Salling Fondene through the local føtex store in Esbjerg. It gives the city's children and young people more opportunities to practice skateboarding and parkour and come together around these activities.

Everyone is welcome, whether they want to take part, explore the facilities or enjoy the music and watch others in action.
