After a day on the hiking trail or cycling, you can settle into one of the cosy lounges and immerse yourself in nature. Here, you can enjoy birdsong, starry skies and a special sense of undisturbed tranquillity.

Gæsteriet is not a hotel, but a small and personal place where nature, hospitality and tranquillity are part of the stay.

Accommodation with breakfast

All prices include breakfast with homemade bread and quality ingredients. Here, you can recharge before setting off on your next hike or bike ride.

The rooms in the house share a bathroom and toilet. Gæsteriet is designed for adult guests and is best suited to a peaceful stay without play, noise or a hectic pace. The many small and quirky details throughout the house are part of its unique atmosphere.

The Red Room

The Red Room is located on the ground floor and features a large double bed, warm colours and a homely atmosphere.

Here, you can unwind after the day’s experiences, fall asleep in peaceful surroundings and wake to birdsong before continuing your journey.

The Orange Room

The Orange Room is Gæsteriet’s largest room. Here, you will find a comfortable king-size bed, a cosy wood-burning stove and plenty of space to relax.

As darkness falls and the fire crackles in the stove, the room takes on a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The room is ideal for guests who appreciate being present, tranquillity and the simple luxury of having plenty of time.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other guests. It is part of the charm of a small guesthouse, where there is room for both togetherness and privacy.

The Light Green Room Suite

The suite overlooks Bøgestrømmen and has large windows that bring nature right into the room.

There are two double beds, a wood-burning stove and a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as tranquillity settles over the landscape.

It is a place where you can let your shoulders relax and the day’s kilometres slowly turn into fond memories.

Shelter overlooking Bøgestrømmen

Gæsteriet’s east-facing shelter overlooks Bøgestrømmen and is furnished with comfortable mattresses.

Here, you can wake to birdsong and start the day with a refreshing dip in the sea or a rinse under the cold-water shower. The shelter has its own washbasin, cold-water shower and composting toilet.

Dinner as a little surprise

Dinner is not a fixed menu, but a small culinary surprise prepared with careful consideration for ingredients and flavour.

To preserve the special atmosphere and for the sake of the dining experience, guests may not bring their own food or drinks.

Smoking is kindly requested to take place off the property. Dogs cannot be brought along, as the farm’s three cats both live on and keep watch over the property.
