Available in 2018: Week 25, 26, 27, 31 and 32 and 35-52

100 M to the beach, 300 M to the forest.
Good fishing and bicycling possibilities (2 bicycles included).
The lease agreement (90 m2) include kitchen/dining-room, washroom with washing machine , living room with TV,
bedroom with double bed and two bedroom with 2 beds.

The lease agreement allows for maximum 6 persons, from Saturday at 14 o'clock until the following Saturday at 10 o'clock.
The house will be handed over in a clean condition and must be delivered in the same condition.

Half of the rent is to be paid no later than 8 days upon reservation, the second half upon arrival.
The key can be picked up with the landlady (about 500 meters from the premises).

All supply (el. 3,-kr.pr.kwt) and firewood are paid by the tenant.
Possible damages to the house/inventory are paid by the tenant.

High season:  3.800,-d.kr. /week
Middle season:  3.200,- d.kr.week
Low season:  2.600,-d.kr. /week

The tenant must bring along bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels.
