At Il Gusto, which has existed in Odense since 2005, you will find the most delicious homemade Italian ice cream. The Italian owner, Stefano de Gaetano, is passionate about his craft and does not compromise on his products. The ice cream is made from fresh fruit and selected ingredients such as pistachios, vanilla and hazelnuts, and is made in the traditional Italian way where the milk is pasteurised, cured and then is ready to be turned into ice cream. There are new flavours every day.
