Kåstrup Church in Thy is a small village church which consists of a Romanesque nave and tower, while the porch is of more recent date.

Kåstrup Church is built of granite blocks with sloping plinth plinths.
Of the original windows, only one window sill has been preserved, which is walled in in the choir's east gable.
