Experience Horsens Fjord from the water

Horsens Fjord has shallow water, several beautiful beaches, rich bird and plant life and dense forest areas. In the inlet lies the islands Vorsø, Alrø, and Hjarnø. Explore it all from the water in a kayak or on a SUP board – If you're lucky, you might meet seals and porpoises on your trip!

The steady water makes it perfect for everyone, so even beginners in water activities will get a successful experience.

Tour recommendation

The best way to experience nature is to sail along the coast from Husodde to Brigsted. The trip goes by dense vegetation and green areas. From here you can continue towards Sondrup Beach and Alrø or go back to Husodde again.

Prices

You can rent a sea kayak or a SUP board for a couple of hours or a day. The rent includes everything you need such as a kayak paddle and a life jacket.

Prices for renting a sea kayak or SUP board:

• 2 hours: 200 DKK
• 4 hours: 300 DKK
• A day: 500 DKK
