Knudegarn

The yarn is made from organic wool, produced in Denmark and of high quality, with different shades of lustre and softness. The wool comes from local sheep that graze in the area around Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse – a landscape that has become their home. Once the sheep have been sheared, the wool is sent to Hjelholt Uldspinderi on Funen, where it is processed into yarn.

A special part of the Knudegarn universe is the colours. The yarn is dyed using flowers and plants from nature, giving each colour its own unique character. The result is a beautiful variety of shades inspired by the landscape around Løkken and Rubjerg Knude.

At Knudegarn, you will find yarn with a story – from the local sheep around Rubjerg Knude to the finished, colourful yarn in the shop.

Every Thursday afternoon from 2.00 to 5.00 PM there is a knitting café. No registration required.
