Knudmosen

Knudmosen is a natural area located just outside Herning, and roughly speaking, the bog is divided into two areas.

The western part around Knudmosebjerget is used for recreational activities such as sledding and skiing, as well as a poultry colony and allotment gardens.

The eastern part is well supplied with roads and paths through clearings and open areas, where the variations of nature are emphasized. There are various marked trails, including a dedicated bridle path and an accessible trail for people with disabilities.

A dog forest is also found in the area.
