In the forest across from Lykkesholm Castle, you will find the filming location for the portal between the human world and the Realm of the Elves from the "Tinka" Christmas series. While the portal itself was created using visual effects, the spot by the lake actually exists.

It is tucked away and was difficult to reach; the film crew had to transport actors and equipment to the shore using an ATV. The area is incredibly scenic and open for walks, but please note that the castle itself is private and not open to the public.

To find the location of the portal scenes, stand by the road and walk along the left side of the lake. About 100-200 meters in, you will find a firebreak in the trees – this is where the magic happened.
