Are you ready to crawl, climb, run, swim and get dirty? Then the Ladies Mud Race is for you!

Challenging terrain

The race is a women's trail race of approx. 8 kilometres in varied terrain. You're guaranteed a great route with cool obstacles along the way.

You'll pant, sweat, laugh, get dirty and encounter fun and challenging obstacles along the way. You can run alone or challenge friends, family and colleagues. At the finish line, a beautiful Mud Race medal awaits you and, not least, a nice hot shower.

Practical information

You must be at least 15 years old to participate.
