Mårup [Mårrup]

Located on the northern part of the island, Mårup used to be home to several fairly wealthy skipper-farmers. Beyergården is a good example of one of these skipper-farms. It is open for visitors several times a week throughout the summer. Facing Beyergården is Mårup Galleriet (The Mårup Gallery) with changing exhibitions and behind it, you will find Mårup Brugs (Mårup Grocery Store), which provides groceries to residents of this part of the island.
