Melsted beach

Just south of Gudhjem you will find the small, sandy Melsted beach.

Melsted beach - a cosy, small beach

Within walking distance of Gudhjem to the south, you will find Melsted beach - a small sandy beach that runs from Melsted harbour to Melsted Badehotel. A small stream runs down to the sea at one end of the beach. Here the children can play for hours building small dams. There is a bathing jetty at the other end of Melsted beach to avoid the pebbles on the seabed.

Good parking facilities

There are several small car parks near Melsted beach, both by the main road and in the town of Melsted.
