Nybro is located centrally in the culture and nature area "Sinding-Ørre Naturpark". The open place is situated by the protected missionary house "Nazareth".

It is also possible to rent canoes for sail on Storå.

The open place is situated east of Sinding and nearby the local cycle route 94.
