Charlotte Breindahl from CNB Sundhed shares ideas for baby massage that may help little ones sleep better, soothe their tummies and feel less restless. Charlotte is a mother of three daughters and holds a Master of Science degree in sports science, specializing in motivation and women.
The baby massage takes place on the floor, so remember to bring a duvet and a muslin cloth.
Bring your mothers’ group, grandparents and others on parental leave for a cozy time with the children. There is room for strollers, diaper bags and baby babble, and you can simply drop in without registering.
At the café in Musikhuset, you can buy coffee, cake and other treats for a light bite.
