The Rail Trail from Lysbro to Lemming
On the western side of Silkeborg, you can ride your bike the 11 km down Kjellerupstien – a recreational trail running along a beautiful, closed down railway track.

The trail Banestien starts out at Lysbro southwest of Silkeborg city centre, and it runs north to Lemming.
The trail has been tarmacked and has lovely picnic areas along the way where you can stop for a well-deserved break.
