Sofiekælderen has been a local focus point for music lovers since the 1970s. In the summer of 2005, Sofiekælderen reopened with a completely new look, revamped into a cutting-edge quality eatery and clubbing venue. In the evening, Sofiekælderen changes from restaurant to lounge-bar and nightclub. A great place if your feet itch for action, and your throat feels a wee bit dry! From Thursday to Saturday, some of Copenhagen's best DJs provide the music. Great cocktails and beers abound. How about a 'Nature'? A house concoction made from Stolichnaya vodka, green apple, lavender syrup, fresh ginger, apple juice, sugar syrup, and lime.
