SPOT Festival makes Aarhus the centre for new music from Denmark and the rest of the Nordic region. Every spring, the festival brings together music lovers, industry professionals and curious listeners for concerts, events and showcases featuring artists you will soon be hearing a lot more about.

SPOT Festival presents over 200 musical acts across genres – from electronic and experimental to indie, pop and rock. You can explore brand new names and experience established artists in unconventional settings.

A city on the move

The festival takes place in the heart of Aarhus. You can move from stage to stage through the city's venues and cultural centres – Musikhuset, Godsbanen, DOKK1 and many more. Here you will find both intimate concerts and large stage shows, and the pulse of the city becomes part of the festival experience.

In addition to the concerts, SPOT also features talks, networking, films and events that bring together the entire Danish and Nordic music industry.

A springboard for the music of the future

SPOT is known as a launch pad for new artists. Many of the names that fill large stages and charts today started right here. The festival therefore gives you a unique opportunity to experience the stars of the next generation – before everyone else.
