Them Cheese Dairy
If you love cheese, you should definitely stop by the cheese shop at Them Andelsmejeri, which has been around since 1888. Here they produce cheeses from milk from their own production on farms around Them in the centre of the Lake District Søhøjlandet.

Choose from the many delicious cheeses ranging from medium-aged to aged and extra aged. Try a Søhøjland Krystal, for example, which has an aroma of sweetness and notes of caramel, flower, nut and fruit in a firm texture with clear crystal - or the Italian-inspired Søhøjland Umami with lots of umami and crispy crystals.
