In an old auto repair workshop, you will no longer find the opportunity to have your car repaired or serviced. Instead, you can quench your thirst with delicious local beverages and, above all, enjoy a sourdough pizza unlike anything else you are likely to find in Denmark.
With a strong focus on Danish ingredients and a commitment to supporting the Danish farmers who grow food with immense passion, Thypisk captures both what Thy has been and what it is becoming. The venue is raw and intentionally minimalist, creating a feeling that you can completely relax while enjoying its down-to-earth atmosphere.
There is no fancy menu, and you place your order at the counter yourself. Yet everything is served with a smile and often accompanied by a story or two.
