Tvedemose farmshop

Through 50 years and 3 generations, the Hansen family on Tvedemose farm earned a special knowledge about cultivation and processing of mushrooms.

Tvedemose is located on Zealand between Næstved, Vordingborg and Præstø. When it started out in 1963, Tvedemose produced 30 tonnes of mushrooms a year. Today they manufacture 1.000 tons of mushrooms, 15 tonnes of specialty mushrooms and 250 tons organic champignons annually. They are picked every day of the year and the team counts 40 permanent employees.
